Marci Phillips has served as the National Council on Aging’s Director of Public Policy & Advocacy for eight years, and has worked to develop programs and strategies that engage local organizations in advocacy on behalf of vulnerable older adults.
Ms. Phillips spent nine years at the National Community Action Foundation advocating and organizing grassroots activity on behalf the nation’s Community Action Agencies, and continues to tap her experience as a former Congressional personal office and committee staffer throughout her policy and advocacy career.
