Presenter: K. Jean Williams
Ms. Williams has over 30 years experience in the non profit field, including nine years as the Executive Director of Newark Senior Center.
For the past seven years, she has presented workshops throughout Pennsylvania through a contract with Pennsylvania Department of the Aging and Disabilities, as well as at various ASA/NCOA conferences and other state association conferences.
Ms. Williams has been a Peer Reviewer for 13 years and am currently co-chair of the Accreditation Board.
This fun and informative workshop will focus on tools that can be used to get to know volunteers and new participants attending a center. This session will be a fast paced workshop as we practice several techniques including: interviewing, group resume writing, human scavenger hunt and speed matching.
Attending this session will provide you with new tools to identify the skills, talents and passions of people with whom you interact.
