Janna Clar serves as Director at Montpelier Senior Activity Center, a municipal department of the nation’s smallest capital city, Montpelier, Vermont. In her tenure at MSAC, her team has established and/or strengthened over two dozen partnerships that contribute to the Center’s unique vitality. Her background includes a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Marlboro College Graduate School, experience and broad training in the field of aging and senior services during her tenure as an Information & Referral specialist at an area agency on aging, diverse work and family experience advocating for people with disabilities, and a former career as a Chinese language teacher and translator committed to lifelong learning.
